Started with a second-hand grinder and a dream
We opened The Brass Pot in 2018 with one espresso machine and zero customers. The plan was simple: roast the best beans we could find and make coffee the way we like to drink it.
Six years later, we're still in the same spot on Crown Street. Same machine (upgraded, twice). Same obsession with getting every pour right.
We source directly from farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala. Every batch is roasted in our backroom roastery — you can smell it from the street.
