About Us
HARBOUR & CO was born from a simple idea: property is personal. When Sarah and James opened our Darling Street shopfront in 2004, they wanted to build an agency that felt more like a neighbour than a business.
Two decades later, that philosophy has not changed. Every member of our team lives within walking distance of the office. We coach the local under-10s. We are regulars at the Saturday markets. We know this peninsula because it is our home too.

Balmain is not a suburb. It is a village that happens to be ten minutes from the CBD. The kind of place where the barista knows your order, the butcher saves you the good cuts, and your kids walk to school past Victorian terraces draped in jasmine.
The peninsula wraps around Elkington Park with its harbour baths, curves past the Dawn Fraser Pool, and winds through streets where Federation cottages sit alongside converted warehouses. Every block has a story. Most of them, we have been part of.
